Rice Pudding

2 cups cooked rice  (I prefer jasmine rice)

2 cups nonfat milk

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

1/2 cup raisins ( soaked and drained)

1/4 tsp. vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

In a medium saucepan whisk together milk, sugar, salt, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a slight boil, (mixture will be runny) remove from heat , stir in rice and raisins.

Put back on heat until mixture is nice and warm, remove from heat , and serve.

You may eat warm or cold ,  it’s delicious,  ENJOY !!!
