Via Mocha Truffles

I am probably North Bend, Wash. Starbucks drive-up’s #1 customer… I am in love with my Starbucks coffee made just the way I like it.  Tall, decaf, nonfat mocha with 1/2 the flavor,  lots of ice,  with whip !  Those wonderful baristas never miss a thing , they are the best !  They know by my name just what I want to order  : ). I dedicate this recipe to them ❤

Via Mocha Truffles ! These little gems are made with Starbucks Via coffee, and Squirrel Brand Espresso Milk Chocolate Macadamia Nuts .

Over low heat mix 1/3 c. heavy cream and 6 Tablespoons butter, stir until butter is melted.  Remove from heat add:  2 cups white chocolate chips , and 1 individual package Via coffee (your choice of flavor), stir until chocolate is melted and coffee incorporated into mixture. Pour into a shallow dish and cool until it holds it’s shape when scooped using a small ice cream scoop.

Pour mixture into a shallow dish and cool completely.

When cooled completely and firm enough, scoop into balls with a small ice cream scoop. Round them with hands and let set up and firm enough to dip.

Melt enough dipping chocolate for dipping and add 1 packet Via coffee, combine well.

Dip each ball into chocolate, sprinkle with chopped espresso macadamia nuts, let chocolate harden, tray up and “ENJOY”.
