Creamy Crab Bites !

*1/2 c. sour cream

*1/2 c. mayonnaise

*1/4 c. whipped cream cheese with chives

*1/2 # cooked  crab meat (chopped) or imitation crab)

*3/4 tsp. dill weed

*3/4 tsp. beau monde

*1 Tbls. grated yellow onion

*1 stalk celery (finely chopped)

In a medium bowl combine all above ingredients and refridgerate until ready to fill shells.

*1 box frozen puff pastry sheets (thawed)

Cut each sheet into 12 squares, press each piece into mini muffin tins , leaving points sticking up. poke a few holes in bottom of each. Bake shells at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffy  golden brown.

*** NOTE: Half way through baking use a small shot glass to press into center of each shell to make room for crab filling.

*6 slices Havarti cheese

*green onion (chopped)

Remove from oven, while hot,  press 1/4 slice cheese into center of each shell. Using a small ice cream scoop fill each shell with crab filling,  Garnish with green onion and  ENJOY!!!
